OVER-RATED
Executives around the league don't necessarily share Danny Ainge's confidence about the quality of the Boston roster. A very unscientific poll indicates that other executives believe guys like Al Jefferson, Delonte West, Tony Allen, Kendrick Perkins and Gerald Green would be good rotation players, but not starters.
