Don't these clowns get it? Offering Damon a 3 year $24 million deal is a waste of time, as Boras is seeking a 5-7 Year deal at $12 million annually, while his market value likely caps out at $10-11 million annually for 4-5 years. Sox should get it over with and offer Johnny a 4 year, $40-45 million take-it-or-leave-it offer...then move on.
