THE GOOD:
Papi and the rest of the Sox bats are red hot
3 games left at home versus the first place Yankees
THE BAD:
August 10th: Red Sox held a 5 1/2 game lead
Mike Timlin: 18/32 inherited runners have scored off of Timlin-56%
Papelbon, Hansen, or Foulke will need to save the pen for the Sox to have any chance
THE UGLY:
Manny lollygags to first base once again; It is simply inexcuseable-He is disgracing his team and his teammates.
Yankees seize first place; Sox likely 1 game out of the wild card after tonight.
