DREW AND THE TUNA II?, LAW, MITCHELL; BELIGENIUS LETS LOOSE ON FREDEX
I think it's beginning to look like J.P. Losman will supplant Drew Bledsoe before next season. The more you think about it, the more sense it makes, especially if the kid is diligent and earns the trust of his coaches early in the offseason.
HUB PREDICTION: DREW JOINS THE TUNA IN DALLAS
Now for Law.
According to an NFL source who has spoken to a team that inquired about Law with the Patriots, New England almost certainly will not release the rehabbing three-time Pro Bowl cornerback, who has a year left on his contract. Rather, the Patriots will either keep Law (highly unlikely, but possible) or trade him (more likely) before the April 23 NFL draft.
Freddie Mitchell, that old New England fan favorite, tells me, "The Patriots aren't all that good."

Speaking of Belichick, I told him Sports Illustrated had quoted Belichick this week as calling Mitchell "terrible ... We loved when he was in the game."
