Miller and Mantei already throwing; could be ready to start the season in Boston

RHPs Wade Miller and Matt Mantei are in Fort Myers, Fla., and have commenced flat-ground throwing programs. After injuries curtailed both pitchers' 2004 seasons, initial signs remain positive on the health of both Miller's rotator cuff and Mantei's shoulder.
